About baby rental

How to choose the right size of clothes?

We have chosen to indicate the size of the clothes making up our boxes in centimetres and not in months in order to be as precise as possible, knowing that the size varies from one baby to another. If you have the slightest doubt, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to advise you.

I am pregnant, I would like to order a birth box but I don't know the size of my future baby yet, how can I do it?

You order the birth box you are interested in (neutral/girl/boy, standard/comfort). In the comment section of your order, you tell us your term and we prepare your box in the two birth sizes, 50 and 56, about 2 weeks before the term. Then, on simple confirmation (by email or phone) at the birth of your baby, we send you the box of the corresponding size within 2-3 working days by post or keep it at your disposal for collection at the shop (see question other delivery points).

How are the clothes offered for rent cleaned?

ALL clothes that return to our workshop are rewashed using hypoallergenic and eco-labelled products.

How should I wash the clothes?

We recommend washing between 30°C and 40°C (40°C maximum). It's better for the fibre and for the planet! Preferably, clothes will be washed with similar colours.

What happens if I stain/holes in a garment?

A baby moves, eats, lives, and we hope that you can follow it with peace of mind in this wonderful learning process!

We expect some garments to be returned with minor stains or damage. No worries! A "minor damage" insurance is included in the price of your box and covers reasonable damage!

Please return all clothes to Bibou'tic anyway, regardless of the level of damage.

In order to reduce damage, you can help us :

- Pre-treat stains with a little liquid detergent before washing.

- If you find a small tear, stop wearing this item to prevent the tear from getting bigger.

How are the items checked?

We proceed to a careful examination of the articles as soon as they are returned to our premises, and before designing the next box, in order to guarantee the maximum quality of each piece composing our boxes.

Can I choose the clothes that make up the box?

In order to simplify your life, the clothes are chosen by us.

If you have any colour preferences or if you would like a different distribution of items (same total number of pieces), please let us know in the comment section of your order. We will be happy, within the limits of our possibilities and the available pieces, to adapt your box to your needs/wishes!

How do I return the clothes at the end of my rental period? Are the costs at my expense?

It's very simple, the return is free!

To do this, you will receive a pre-filled, pre-paid return label in your box that you simply stick on the box when you return it!

How long does it take for home delivery?

Lhe delivery time to your home is 5 to 8 working days!

How do gift vouchers work?

You will find 2 types of gift vouchers in the Sales/Offer/Gift vouchers section:

- the standard vouchers with different amounts that you choose

- the special rental box vouchers, whose fixed amounts correspond to the box that can be offered

In the form of an A4 page, completed with the corresponding reduction code, they are sent to you by email, free to you to print it or to transmit it in the same way to the person concerned, who can then simply insert this reduction code in the payment phase, the amount of this one will be automatically deducted from the order.

Concerning the maternity rental

What is the formula?

You have the choice between 2 offers, the 4-piece box (2 tops, 1 bottom and 1 dress) or the 6-piece box (3 tops, 2 bottoms and 1 dress), on rent for a period of 2 or 3 months.

A different distribution of these rooms can be envisaged as far as our possibilities allow, depending on our stocks.

You order online the box corresponding to the size and rental period you need, we send you photos of the items available in the chosen size so that you can make your choice, you receive your box by post, you use the pieces for the duration of your rental period and you return it to us as you received it.

And then you order a new box according to your needs and your desire to change your clothes!

How do I choose the right size?

At the beginning of pregnancy, choose your usual size before pregnancy. For the middle and end of pregnancy, if you have a weight curve "in the middle", continue to choose your usual size. Otherwise, don't hesitate to take a size higher.
If you have the slightest doubt, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to advise you!

How long can I keep the parts?

The rental period for a maternity stall is 3 months.

The rental period for a cocktail/evening dress is 7 working days.

I have a crush on a piece, can I keep it?

Of course you can! In this case, it will be offered at a preferential rate according to various criteria (quality, number of rentals, condition...) to be as accurate as possible.

How are the items checked?

We carry out a careful examination of the items as soon as they are returned to our premises, and before designing the next box, in order to guarantee the maximum quality of each piece composing our boxes.

What if I damage an item?

All our packages include a "minor damage" insurance. Don't worry if a button is lost, a hem comes undone... Let us know and return the item as is to maximize the chances of repair.

If the item is really damaged, we will be obliged to invoice it according to the price list available in our general conditions of sale. But this remains really exceptional!

I'm disappointed with the items received, what can I do?

Contact us by email or at the number indicated on the small card accompanying your box, we will gladly find a solution to remedy this!
